Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules change. To keep things fair for both our clients and our cleaning professionals, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy:

  • Notice Period: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment.

  • Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.

  • Same-Day Cancellations / Lockouts: If our cleaning professional arrives and cannot access your home (due to being locked out, pets not secured, or other preventable issues), a full service fee may be charged.

  • Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice at no charge, subject to availability.

  • Recurring Clients: If you skip or cancel a recurring appointment, your next cleaning may be billed at the one-time cleaning rate instead of the discounted recurring rate, since more time may be needed.
